Communication is an exchange of information ideas attitude and feelings, but when we communicate to others in that way as the receiver tend to convey it becomes effective communication involves some principals called 7cs. The main purpose of communication is to motivate the people and it will be possible when you will keep in mind techniques of You attitude as to keep the receiver in mind while you communicate, don’t say I, We every time instead of this focus on others , focus on their liking dis liking , focus on what they want, what they need. But if we saw in an organization, there are three main categories of communication downward, upward , horizontal. But when an officer talks to his employees he used the category of downward communication as it flows from the officer to subordinates.
But if the manager gives task to their employees and after completion that task if he will not compensate to his employees with reward they will be disappointed and the purpose will be fail. He has to motivate people and if it is then they work happily and your given task to them also increase your ability as well as your organization’s benefit include in it. For motivate your employee we should:
· Provide an effective work environment to employees
· Give extra benefit like allowances after achieving tasks
· Don’t underestimate your employee
· Rewarding employees
· Build relation in a workplace
· Create social events
If all these will be done then surely a manger couldn’t fail in his achievements.
